Join us for a journey through the seven chakras. Each month, we will focus on one energy center, exploring its connection to the mind, body, and spirit through Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, and intention.
Whether you attend a single session or walk the entire seven-month path, each experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself.

FIRST 30 MINUTES
Ten Churnings (Dasha Chalana)
Gentle, rhythmic circular movements through the major joints help release energetic blocks, mobilize the body, encourage circulation, and prepare you for meditation.
Beginner-Friendly Yin Yoga
Seated and reclined poses held for several minutes invite the body to soften, release tension, and deepen awareness of the breath.
FINAL 60 MINUTES
Spirit Guide Meditation
A guided meditation creating space to quiet the mind, deepen your inner awareness, and connect with your spirit guides.
Grounding Foot & Leg Compressions
Slow, grounding touch designed to help settle the body and invite a deeper sense of relaxation.
Crystal-Infused Aura Eye Mask
Relax with a crystal-infused eye mask during your meditation and spa experience.
Optional to use during the experience or take home with you.
Therapeutic Tuning Forks + Crystal Vibration
Experience gentle vibrational work with tuning forks and crystal attachments, applied near the third eye, heart chakra, neck, and vagus-nerve areas to deepen the restorative experience.

Group events are healing for all who are present. If you have been missing a passed loved one please join us as Hope validates your loved ones with evidence, personality, memories and messages of love.
Hope will provide as many connections and messages as possible. Although all attendees are not guaranteed a personal reading during this event, there is so much comfort in knowing that all of our passed loved ones are present as Hope delivers evidence and messages to those she reads.
Full Moon Meditation & Sound Healing
Experience a peaceful evening of guided meditation and immersive sound healing under the energy of the full moon. Through breathwork, reflection, and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be invited to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner self.
This relaxing and restorative experience is open to all levels and offers a space for intention setting, renewal, and deep relaxation.
